Who We Are
DP Drafting is a drafting and design company specializing in both residential and commercial plumbing, gas meter rooms and value engineering. We offer creative design solutions and code compliant shop and sleeve drawings to all our clients, ensuring accuracy on all projects.

We provide superior CAD design drawings in a professional and timely manner. With over 20 years of experience both in design and fieldwork and full knowledge of code requirements DP Drafting has an unparalleled ability to overcome any design and installation challenge.  

Meet David
David A. Pio is the Owner and President of DP Drafting. With six years in the field as a plumber and thirteen years as a draftsman David has extensive knowledge of NYC plumbing code, design and installation.

His experience in both residential and commercial design and installation has made him an expert in his craft. He is an experienced problem solver and excels at finding creative solutions to even the toughest construction challenges. 

In his spare time David enjoys playing ice hockey, lacrosse, BBQ’ing and watching and/or coaching his two children in the numerous sports they are involved in.
